Q1: What is Monokii.com?
A: Monokii.com is an online platform offering a unique collection of AI-generated photos, each crafted to captive your imagination and enhance your digital collection. At the same time, we believe in giving back to our community with the concept of “where creativity meet rewards”.

Q2: How do I create an account?
A: Click the profile icon on the right top side, and then "Our Register", fill in the required details (username, email, mobile number,and password), and follow the verification process.

Q3: Do I need an account to shop on Monokii.com?
A: While you can browse photos items without an account, you need to sign up or log in to place orders, track purchases, and enjoy exclusive benefits.

Q4: Why I don’t receive verification email?

A: You can check your SPAM mailbox, if you still don’t receive the verification email, please contact our customer services at WHATSAPP 01164160513 for assist.

 


ACCOUNT AND SECURITY

Q5: How do I reset my password?
A: Click "Forgot Password" on the login page, enter your registered email address, and follow the instructions sent to your inbox.

Q6: Is my personal information secure?
A: Yes, we use advanced encryption and security measures to protect your personal data and payment details.

Q7:  How to change my username?

A: Our websites applied lifetime ONE username only, so during registration, once you fill in the username, it will cannot be change.


ORDERING

Q8: How do I place an order?
A: Simply add your desired photo items to the cart, proceed to checkout, and complete the payment. You can check your purchases history in “PURCHASES”.

Q9: Can I purchase few units on the same photos? And how many chances for the rewards click event?
A: Yes, you can. Each photo will have one unique ID itself, if you purchase for a same photo twice, you will entitled for 2 clicks for prizes.

Q10: Can I purchase photos of upcoming collections?

A: NO, you are only allowed to purchase photos on each date of exclusive collections, our daily cut off time for photo purchases will be 9pm, you will not be available to purchase anymore for each date collections. And you need to wait 12am to purchase next day photo collections.

Q11: Can I download the photos I purchased?

A: YES, after the payment done, you can check in your PURCHASES, the purchase record for each photo, shown a download button, you can click for download.


PAYMENT/CART

Q12: What payment methods are accepted?
A: We accept credit/debit cards, online banking and e-wallets.

Q13: Why my payment page keep loading?
A: Please make sure your internet connection is fine, and wait it to be load around 15secs, do not click refresh or backspace, if you facing any issues, please contact our support at WHATSAPP 01164160513.

Q14: Why my payment failed?
A: If you facing any issues of money have been deducted from your side, but purchases status failed, please contact our support at WHATSAPP 01164160513.

Q15: How do I proceed to checkout with photo purchases and the reward orders in a same cart?
A: Please clear your cart and choose either photo purchase or reward orders for checkout. Because photo purchases is an online products while reward orders is a physical products where you need to fill in your address for delivery fees calculation. Both 2 products have different mechanism, so we have differentiate the payment cart page.


WALLET/TRANSFER FUND

Q16: What is the purpose of wallet?
A: You can top up your wallet for at least RM50 and above, for your convenience to make payment using wallet balance instead of do payment on every purchases through the payment gateway. Once top up, the funds can only be use to purchase products in our platform, you can also transfer to other users within our platform. WITHDRAWAL OF THE WALLET BALANCE ARE STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED.

Q17: How can I transfer wallet funds to other users?
A: You can check on the Dashboard and you can check your wallet balance, then there have a button “TRANSFER FUNDS”,once you click it, you will need to fill in the user’s email that registered with our platform, and the amount, then it will direct transfer to the users’ account. PLEASE make sure you fill in the correct email address. IF YOU TRANSFER TO THE WRONG USER ACCOUNTS, PLATFORM WILL NOT LIABLE FOR ANY LOSSES OF FUND THAT CAUSED BY THIS CONDITIONS.


PRIZES / REWARD ORDERS/ SHIPPING

Q18: All purchases of photos entitled to a chance for prizes?
A: YES, one purchase entitle for one chance to click for prize.

Q19:How the system manage the prizes distribution?
A: Our intelligent system will evaluate all entries by random pick and distribute all prizes into the boxes of all daily purchases ID. All the boxes will contains either PRIZES or REWARD POINTS. Only after the user has clicked and chosen the boxes by themselves, our platform will know which prizes has been claimed. This system is designed to ensure a fair, transparent, and efficient process in generating the winners. So everyone can click 1 out of the 9 boxes and based on your luck to see what prizes you get.

Q20: What time I can click for the prize?
A: Our platform will be set for daily after 21:00 you can click for your prize for each purchase ID.

Q21: Where can I click the button for prize?
A: You can check in your “ PURCHASES” and you will see the PRIZE columns, after 21:00 you will see the button of “Click Here For Prize”. Once you click it, it will pop out with 9 Monokii Gift Boxes.

Q22: How to check all winners list daily?

A: You can check in LEADERBOARD, every day after 21:00, it will updated the total prizes given out and total prized claimed on each day with the all winner list, this page will display until the next day after 21:00,if you want to check previous winners records, you can check the history and choose the date.

 Q23: Why I can’t see what prizes will be given out before 21:00 daily?
A: Our platform applied the concept of blind box, we initiate a surprising fun for our community. So we will only show total how many prizes to be given out, then we will wait all purchaser to click and claimed the prizes, after claimed, it will directly update to the public leaderboard with username and prizes claimed.

 Q24: How many level of prizes and units will be given out?

 A: Our platform have 5 prizes level, which is Grand prizes, First runner up, Second runner up, Special prizes and Consolation prizes. The units of the prizes will be random, not fix. Randomly like sometime will give out 1 or up to 5 Grand prizes, depends the purchases volumes. So that platform will try to generate as much winners as per volume purchased.

Q25: How to redeem my prizes?

A: After you have clicked the boxes, you won a prizes, you can check in “MY PRIZES”, please add your address in “ ADDRESS” before you proceed. So in MY PRIZES, you click ADD ADDRESS, then you can choose the address you added before, and then click SAVE, then our platform will receive it and will arrange for the shipment.

Q26: What is reward points?

A: If you click the gift boxes and you get rewards points, you can scroll down our homepage and you can check the rewards products we have, all products will have different points to redeemed. You can accumulate the points for any products that you want to claim.

Q27: Do I need to pay for the shipping fees to redeem the prizes or rewards products?

A: For PRIZES WON, our platform will bear the shipping fees. For REWARDS PRODUCTS, redeem using points, users will bear the shipping fees themselves.

Q28: Why I can’t proceed to checkout with 2 different items of rewards products?

A: At the current stage, we can only provide 1 item 1 checkout and 1 shipping fees, you can increase your quantity of each item to checkout, but you can’t mix with other products for checkout with a same shipping fees. In the next stage, our platform will have better enhancement applied on this shipment issues. 


AFFILIATE PROGRAM

Q29:How can I become an agent?

A: Our platform applied with “everyone can be the agent”, every users registered, will get a unique referral code, you can find it in your dashboard. You can refer your friend to register in our platform and you send your code to him/her to applied during registration. Once him/her start do purchases, you will get your commissions.

Q30:How is the commission scheme?

A: Our platform applied ONLY 3 LEVELS of AGENT, for first level:10% , second level: 3%, and third level 2%. Example: A > B > C > D, assume D user purchased photos for total amount RM100, C user will receive RM10(10%) as comm, B user will receive RM3(3%)as comm, and A user will receive RM2(2%) as comm.

Q31:The commission is for one user and one time purchase only?

A: NO, once the user registered under your referral code, every new purchases, you will get the commissions.

Q32:Can I withdraw my commissions?

A: YES, you can withdraw your commissions anytime during weekdays, not includes weekend and public holidays. You need to fill in the bank details and also all information required, so that our platform will arrange for the remittances. Minimum withdrawal will be RM100. Every withdrawal transaction at any amount will be charged RM10 for transaction fees.Within 48 hours during weekdays, you will receive the money.


PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS

Q33: How can I find discounts and promotions?
A: During checkout cart, you will see the available coupons, once applied, you will get the discount. You can also join our Whatsapp or Telegram group to stay updated on the latest deals and exclusive discounts.

Q34: Can I use multiple discount codes on one order?
A: No, only one discount code can be applied per order.


WISHLIST

Q35:What is the purpose of wishlist in the websites?
A: Our platform welcome any user to provide us their feedback and also what they wish to have in our platform like the prizes and also the rewards products. We will collect all the feedback and wishes from user, and try to make the wishes become true.
